How to Return an Item

Start Your Return

Log into your account and go to "My Orders". Click "Return Item" next to the order you want to return.

Choose why you're returning the item and select which items you want to return.

Package Your Return

Package your item securely. You'll need to arrange your own return shipping and cover the costs.

Ship Your Return

Ship your package to our return address. Make sure to include your return authorization number.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Special Cases

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Wrong Items
If you receive the wrong item, we'll cover all return costs and expedite your correct order.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report wrong items.

Honey Products
Special return policy for our premium honey products.

Honey products must be unopened and in original packaging. Opened honey products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
